Banana Oat Protein Bites

2 ripe bananas (can substitute with applesauce)
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter (any nut butter)
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (any sweetener)
1 Tbsp chia seeds 
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

Mash bananas, stir in coconut sugar, almond butter and cinnamon. Then add oatmeal and chia seeds. Roll into balls and keep refrigerated.

These simple protein balls make for a great afternoon pick me up or an anytime sweet treat!
