Poke Bowl

When my husband and I lived in Hawaii we ate poke (cubed fish typically tuna or salmon) bowls all the time. Local grocery stores would have a dedicated portion of the seafood section offering different types of poke. The spicy mayo was our favorite and it's very simple to make. (We seared the tuna in the picture above)

Cut sushi grade tuna into small cubes. Mix tuna in spicy mayo and serve over warm white rice. Garnish with furikake (a Japanese seasoning) and drizzle with soy sauce if desired.

Spicy mayo:
1 Cup of mayo
1tsp sesame oil
1tbsp chili garlic sauce
