My Go-To breakfast

My go-to breakfast is oatmeal. It's a good source of fiber, high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. I love to spice it up with some coconut butter, dates, coconut flakes and a few dashes of cinnamon. It's the perfect balance of sweet and savory with just the right amount of texture.

Coconut butter has a delicious creamy consistency and packed full of good stuff including: lauric acid which boosts immunity, healthy fats to keep you feeling full longer, essential amino acids, calcium and magnesium. Dates are a great natural sweetener and also contain many nutritional benefits like fiber, potassium, magnesium, and B6. Unsweetened Coconut flakes (limit your intake due to the saturated fat) have protein, iron, and zinc. Cinnamon can lower blood sugar and LDL levels. It's anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and even has anti-viral properties.

This hearty breakfast is not only delicious but will keep you full for hours.
